each class is private, 1-to-1 and built around your specific needs and goals.

during a class we go through 4 stages:
by simply lying on specific equipment (some of which we can make using common household items), we are able to release tension from locked areas of the body.
once the body relaxes, mobility or ‘movement’ returns to these tense areas as the tension is released.
then, we move. we re-coordinate the body.
this movement can range from something as simple as sitting correctly or conscious walking to one or more yoga poses (asanas).
once we have built this coordination together, next comes strength at the level of your deep muscles.
this new strength and coordination provides longterm support to help prevent tension and pain returning.
