join my 8 week mindfulness based stress reduction (mbsr) programme.
this course will provide you with the techniques and tools you need to manage stress, restore balance and improve your quality of life.
mindfulness-based stress reduction (mbsr) is a scientifically proven program designed to manage stress and used in the treatment of various conditions. it is structured into an 8-week group course.
mbsr was created in the late 1970’s by american scientist, doctor of biological sciences and professor of medicine, Jon Kabat-Zinn at the university of massachusetts (usa).
today, the program is recognised internationally and is actively used by the uk health care system (nhs).
what is mbsr?
who is it for?
you will learn to respond consciously to difficult situations instead of reacting automatically, greatly reducing the impact of stress on your health and psyche.
mindfulness practice helps you better understand your emotions, accept them, and prevent negative feelings from controlling your life.
you will begin to notice an improvement in your ability to focus, work efficiently, and stay in the moment, even when multitasking.
mindfulness develops empathy; the ability to listen and interact with loved ones and colleagues calmly and constructively.
regular meditation and gentle yoga practice reduce tension in the body, helping you to sleep better and restore your strength.
you will learn techniques to help you calmly respond to uncertainty and cope with anxiety.
mindfulness teaches you to notice behavioural patterns and gradually change them in order to make more conscious decisions.
research shows that MBSR can help lower blood pressure, boost immunity, and reduce the perception of chronic pain.
you will begin to better sense your needs, values, and boundaries, which will make your life more meaningful.
living consciously allows you to appreciate the little moments, see the positive, and feel gratitude, which fills each day with joy.
through studying mbsr, you don’t just gain skills, you change your whole outlook on life, gaining a sense of calm, balance, and inner strength.

What is mindfulness and how can it change your life?
In the first session, we will cover the basics of mindfulness, its scientific basis and key principles. You will be introduced to the practices of conscious breathing, mindful eating and body scanning to learn how to be in the present moment and better understand your feelings.
our body is a source of information about ourselves.
In this session, we will explore how we experience the world through our body, thoughts and emotions. The practices will help you develop awareness of bodily sensations, reduce tension and learn to listen to your body’s signals without reacting automatically.
How can we learn to listen to our body and live in harmony with it?
In this session we will explore mindful movement and breathing to learn to notice and release tension, be more present in our bodies, and experience ease in our daily lives.
How do you respond to stress – automatically or consciously?
We will analyse what stress responses are embedded in us and learn to notice them in time. You will learn how mindfulness helps change habitual reactions and cope with difficulties more calmly and consciously.
Working with Stress: Mindfulness vs Reaction
Stress and difficult emotions are an inevitable part of life, but we can control how we respond to them. In this session, you will learn techniques to help you manage anxiety, anger, and fear by choosing mindfulness over reaction.
Mindfulness in Relationships
How often do we act automatically in communication? We will analyse how mindfulness helps to build deeper and more harmonious relationships. You will learn to notice your communication patterns, manage emotions in dialogue and hear not only words, but also their true meaning.
What are the best ways to take care of yourself?
How does mindfulness help you make lifestyle changes? We explore which habits support your well-being and which ones drain your resources. You’ll become more aware of your needs and find ways to take care of yourself without feeling guilty.
How to keep awareness alive?
How to keep everything you have learned in 8 weeks and continue living consciously? In the final week, we will summarise, consolidate the practices and analyse how to integrate awareness into everyday life so that it remains your internal resource for many years to come.
