mini group classes are a perfect way to build body therapy and critical alignment yoga into your routine
both “open up” and “alignment club” are equally suited to complete beginners, people who enjoy group classes or those who have regular body therapy sessions and would like to develop their experience further
it’s perfectly ok to mix and match the classes or do both. in fact, they cover different aspects of body therapy and are hugely complementary
