yoga massage is performed in loose, comfortable clothing, on a soft, yet firm, mat on the floor.

simply relax and let the massage begin
first, i gently warm up your body using a pressure technique.
then i begin gently stretching and rotating your body following specific passive yoga movements.
through the use of pressure, stretching, and joint rotation, both deep relaxation and deep tissue massage occur.
the entire process lasts from 60 or 90 minutes and leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and revitalised.
yoga massage sessions are held at my home studio in Lincolnshire.
